Nourish
Some things grow best together.
Nourish is where Flourish Fields gathers: group tending, a monthly ritual with Natalie, and Fallow, our annual retreat.
People are hungry for connection that gives something back.
You can be surrounded by people and still be relationally underfed. You can have family, coworkers, friends, followers, group chats and a full calendar, and still have very few places where your nervous system can soften, where you can set your roles down, and where your presence is enough.
Nourishment happens when connection gives something back to the people inside it. Nourish creates shared spaces where people can rest together, practice together, be witnessed while keeping their privacy, and take part while remaining whole.
Sometimes what is asking for care is the field around you.
Some things are easier to carry together.
People learn, regulate, recover, practice and make meaning in relationship with one another. A supportive group offers rhythm, witness, shared attention, co-regulation, perspective, belonging, and the simple relief of carrying things alongside others. Some forms of change become more available when the environment includes safe connection.
What is your life giving you enough of?
Take a moment to notice the conditions of connection around you. Eleven questions, one at a time. There is no score, and you can stop wherever you like.
Collective rest is still rest.
Many of us know how to socialize together. Far fewer know how to rest together.
Sometimes nourishment means sitting in a shared field with nothing to produce.
Listening together. Breathing together. Making something quietly. Receiving sound. Eating slowly. Being around other people with nobody to entertain, impress or take care of.
Rest can happen in company.
Ways we gather
Every Nourish experience is a trauma-informed container where participation stays yours. You choose how much to share, and quiet is always welcome.
Group tending
Tending, together. Facilitated sessions led by our tenders, each built around one form of tending: breath, sound, creative expression, movement or energy work. The practice is shared, and the experience stays your own.
Book a single session anytime, no membership needed.
The monthly ritual with Natalie
Once a month, on the same day each month, Natalie leads a ritual that marks where we are in the year. Each one gives form to a moment worth inhabiting: a beginning, an ending, a release, a celebration. Rituals are invitations, open to whatever you believe.
Every week
Wisdom Walks, morning orientation, evening release and silence, Sunday Clearing, and dinner together twice a month. Small, steady ways to be in the field together.
Come rest in the field together.
Fallow is the farmer's word for ground deliberately left to rest so it can recover. Once a year, in October, we gather in person to do exactly that.
Four days of rest in good company: individual and group tending, sound and energy work, creative time, ritual, nature, conversation, long meals and plenty of unscheduled time. Natalie cooks most of the food herself, and one meal we cook together.
There will be room. Room to wander. Room to sleep. Room to eat slowly. Room to join in. Room to sit out. Room to connect. Room to be alone.
Four days set aside to rest, reconnect, and make room for yourself.
Reserve your place with a deposit. The balance is due 30 days before the retreat. Payments are non-refundable within 90 days of the retreat.

We tend the field that nourishes all.
What surrounds something changes how it grows, between people as much as inside one person. A healthy collective grows the capacity of the people inside it.
A field is a living thing. It can be depleted or well tended, like anything else growing, so being in it well includes tending it, freely and in small ways. Leaving room for the person who arrived after you. Letting someone be quiet without deciding what their quiet means. Receiving what someone offers. Saying what you need. Making space for others as they make space for you.
Some days you will have nothing to give, and the field will hold you. Some days you will be the steady one. Over time, that reciprocity is what makes a collective worth belonging to.
Healthier people grow in healthier fields.
What you practice here is meant to travel with you, into your household, your friendships, your work and your street.
Connection with room to be yourself.
You can belong here as you are: your own energy, your own story kept as private as you like, your own beliefs, your own boundaries.
Two whole people can meet. A room full of whole people can meet, and create something between them that asks none of them to disappear.
Come when something calls to you.
Look through what is growing on the calendar and choose what feels useful, nourishing, curious or simply enjoyable. Come often, come occasionally, or come once. Belonging here has no attendance requirement.
